Apple's 7 Year Old virtual reality patent

For the past couple of years we have seen the dawn of a new industry, Virtual reality. And we have seen many pioneer companies make some the coolest virtual reality headsets of our time. Some of these companies are Oculus Rift, Samsung, and even Sony; but apple's name was never in the conversation. But now it seems like apple has always been on the road to complete tech domination.

According to a granted patent filed by apple in 2008, apple has had the idea of a Virtual reality headset that only requires for you to insert your phone into the device FOR 7 YEARS. This patent also initiates that the person would be able to use an external controller while using the device when motion control is not enough. Let me just reiterate that they had this idea FOR 7 YEARS. WOW... thanks Apple for holding out on us.

What happened apple? If you had this patent 7 years ago why were you holding out on us? The thing that sucks even more is that they are probably not even going to make the device anymore because there are already way to many device just like it. For example, the Google cardboard is a device which allows you to insert your phone into a cardboard goggles like device an then it will show you cool low quality virtual reality games and videos. This is was a game changing device because it let people know that they are able to experience virtual reality for very cheap. And here's the shocker.... This device was released in 2014.... Apple had this brilliant idea just sitting in there headquarters for 6 years prior. SMH Apple.

Let's all just go to our rooms and think about Apple real quick. Just imagine if apple had this breakthrough idea 7 years ago just think about what they have under their sleeve. We all thought that Apple new car was going to just be some car with an Ipad in it, but NO apple is going to shock the world with some freaking car that flies, cures cancer, and poops gold.
