Spiderman to join the marvel cinematic universe
From what probably may have been the most awesome announcement in this generations nerd history, we have learned that Spiderman will be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Maybe it's because the hacks, North Korea, or just Sony growing a damn brain, but thank god they are letting Marvel get a crack at the web-slinger before they kill the character. Reports say that the Marvel enhanced Spiderman will be ready in time for Captain America: Civil War releasing May 6, 2016. This does not mean that Spiderman will be in the movie (That wouldn't even make sense), but it does mean that a surprise post credits appearance of Spiderman and the Avengers may be in our midst.
Another great thing that has been announced is that Andrew Garfield (The Amazing Spiderman Guy) will not be around for the Marvel studios counterpart. THANK GOD. Is it just me our that guy is just getting to boring to look at.Yes, he looked awesome in The Amazing Spiderman, but The Amazing Spiderman 2 was just a complete head turner. Also he is 31, that is just way to old because Marvel plans on taking their Spiderman back to his roots high school geek. AWESOME.
Also I don't know if this was Sony's plan all along but killing off your female lead is just not a smart move for a movie series (if you haven't seen The Amazing Spiderman 2 by now then i don't even know why your here). Maybe they just wanted to milk the money they could get from the Amazing Spiderman series, then give it to marvel and let them work their Marvel magic. then when Sony's ready they get a new, fresh, and young Spiderman back. Nevertheless whatever the plan was i don't care because i am excited for the new and improved Marvel Spiderman.
